Current engagements include coaching in the areas of on-boarding, leadership, and group coaching facilitation as a Core Guide at Chief, a women’s executive networking organization. Eileen is also providing HR advisory services to small and mid-size companies, providing expertise in organization design, talent acquisition and succession planning. Eileen has a deep background in Human Resources, after spending 25+ years in HR leadership roles specializing in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
