    Welcome to your Virtual CoachCafe!

Have you wanted the connection and community ICFNYC CoachCafe! provides, but found it difficult to get into the city? You are not alone!

We developed a Virtual CoachCafe! just for you! Our focus just like with live a CoachCafe! is to provide connection and community in small groups to help coaches grow their business.

Our format is loosely-structured, with an agenda for the 60-minutes that includes introductions, and based on the specific group’s interest, a topic discussion related to growing the business, or “peer assist,” where a participant presents a challenge, and others draw on their experience to help the individual, and open Q&A. We end the meeting with a list of the upcoming ICFNYC events, and a check-out.

    Facilitated by Mindy Gewirtz PCC

Member registration is complimentary. Member only event.

Come join us for an evening of connection, support, and good times. Our September CoachCafe topic is creating and leading WORKSHOPS.

As Coaches and entrepreneurs, we have to go it alone most of the time. It can be easier and more fun if we band together to support each other. That’s exactly why Rei and Bob have committed to co-facilitate a Monthly CoachCafé for the ICF Members to have a go-to place to gather in-person as we grow our coaching businesses.

We are building a community of coaches who come together every month to share ideas, questions, solutions and have fun while doing so. As ICF Professional Coaches we are passionate about helping our clients improve. Let's use that same passion to support each other to build sustainable coaching businesses.

Please join us our CoachCafé and help make this community a success for you and other coaches in the Midtown Manhattan area.

Facilitated by: Rei Perovic and Robert Russo

The purpose of CoachCafe! is to help members grow their business in an environment of support and strength. Members know to come prepared to “offer” each other support, based on their strengths. At the same time, members are encouraged “to ask” each for help.

Member registration is complimentary. Member only event.

The big Why of CoachCafe is to create small communities of coaches focused on peer learning to help grow our business.

As an example, during the 90-minute format, coaches might discuss aspirations for their business, what they need help with, and how they could help the group. In our experience, every person walks away learning something new, based on the experience of their peers.

Join us to discover new coaching tools - a fantastic way to re-energize your coaching and develop your skills further!

    6:00PM-6:30PM Registration, 6:30PM-8:00PM Presentations, 8:00PM-8:30PM Networking

In this peer resource exchange, four coaches will share one tool or resource they use with their clients regularly and, when possible, they will demonstrate how to use the tool live. You will also have the opportunity to reflect and discuss how you might bring those tools into your own coaching practice while connecting with fellow coaches.

    The presentations will focus on:

          Conversational Intelligence - Mindy Gewirtz

Conversations are key to driving relationships, collaboration and innovation forward, within, across and between organizations. Through the “Level-up that Conversation!” panel segment and breakout discussion, Mindy will introduce two tools, “Double-Clicking” and the “Conversational Dashboard.” You can apply these tools from the Conversational Intelligence (CIQ) framework by Judith E. Glazer, in your work with individual clients, teams or organizations.

Feedback and Feedforward tools - Maribel Aleman

Maribel will discuss Feedback Models, specifically how to use SBI Model in Coaching Sessions and practice Feedforward.

          Energetic Leadership - Kacey Cardin

Kacey will be discussing tools and philosophies around the 7 Wheels of Leadership, a holistic take on integrated and fully-expressed leadership and accomplishment.

          Building Confidence: Dominique Mas

Dominique will present a tool to help your clients gain confidence through action. She will also share some of the research behind this tool and why each step is necessary to shift your client's beliefs.
