The most important thing we bring to coaching is ourselves. Far beyond techniques and tools, it’s our coaching presence that enables the intuition, wisdom, trust and creativity required for the deepest transformations to take place in our clients.

Come join Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt and Karen Bummele for Morning CoachCafe to inquire, share, and reflect upon our coaching presence. We will explore questions such as: How can we show up as our best selves for ourselves and our clients? How can being deeply connected with our own wisdom help us hear what is emerging for our clients? What practices and techniques help us to stay present during the coaching process and dance in the moment with our clients? We will be discussing and exploring a variety of mindfulness and presence-based techniques and EQ skills backed by neuroscience and how we can support one another in our coaching journeys.

We normally meet in the Financial District at a co-working space, but have moved all of our in-person events virtually for at least the months of April and May. This is a great opportunity for you to experience different groups from the comfort of your home and still be part of our ICF NYC community. The Zoom link will be sent via email after you register.

This month, our virtual Town Hall looks at how you may be adapting your coaching practice.

As we continue to navigate the unknown, we are committed to providing our ICF Members with tools, tips, ideas, and resources for you, your business, and your clients. Our monthly Town Halls are your opportunity to check in with each other, share strategies, and ask questions that pertain to you as a coach and your coaching clients and to help support your coaching community.

This month, the Board is joined by guest facilitator, Pamela Weinberg, one of our professional development committee members, as we explore how each of us may be adapting our coaching practices. Through a mix of large and small-group discussion, we will explore:

    • How have you changed your offerings over the last few months?

    • What specifically have you ADDED or TAKEN AWAY?

    • Has your pricing changed?

    • Are you continuing to market your services during this time? How and Where? How has your messaging changed (if it has)?

    • Have you or are you considering pivoting your business during this time? What does that look like?

    • How are you advising clients on their potential pivots?

    • Any new skills you have had to acquire to adjust to this "new" normal that might be helpful to others in the group

Facilitated by Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt and Karen Bummele

This is a member-only event and member registration is complimentary.

Come join us for an evening of connection, support, and fun. As coaches and entrepreneurs, it can feel isolating working on our own sometimes. That’s exactly why Rei and Bob have committed to co-facilitate CoachCafe meetings for the ICF NYC Members to have a go-to place to gather in-person every month. We’ll hold space for each of us to grow our business as a professional coach and tap into the power of the group by creating a structure to keep each other accountable.

Midtown Evening CoachCafe launched in 2019 and saw great success in building a strong community of powerful and caring ICF NYC professional coaches. This year, we’re shifting gear and taking on the Mastermind format, where each participant receives time to be supported and be accountable for their committed actions throughout the year. We’re here to share ideas, and questions, solutions, and have fun while doing so.
