Anthony Gaugler

As a coach and former management consultant, Anthony loves developing people by equipping them with the right skills and capabilities needed to transition from their current state to a desired future state. By leveraging his education in social-organizational psychology, creativity, and 8+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Change Management, he’s able to tailor his coaching and facilitation approach to individuals and also design and execute engaging learning experiences for diverse audience groups. As a self-made, first- generation college student, he’s accustomed to “building from the ground-up” with limited resources. When Anthony isn’t with clients, he’s making contemporary art.
